Passenger rage.

Can't hurt to try.

I don't expect anything to come of it but it's worse just to assume it would be a waste of time. I had to try at least. Also, I'm pretty sure I rambled through the whole email.

Bike trap.

I never believe people when we take things in to get fixed.

Power through.

I don't know where it comes from but at least i know it won't last.

Scars.

I'm glad we can talk about it instead of not knowing and eventually feeling worse.

Gumball machine.

Whenever I go to the mall I try to remember to bring a quarter with me for one.

Nice out.

I swear it wasn't that windy and cold when we were walking home.

Pamphlet.

It was her delivery that was just so odd. She was just so happy. I expected her to say "Kay, theeenks byeee!" after that.

Getting ice cream.

There were all these excited conversations going on in the background while we talked to each other.

100 stickers.

Right? Like 100 seems huge when I picture it in my head. They're still good, I get them from Sticker Mule .

Distro.

I mean maybe she did listen? What do I know?

Business cards.

It was the first thing I thought about when she mentioned we should make them different sizes.

Blah.

Having a hard time getting out of a funk today. Looking for something to bring me out of it.

GPS.

We had a nice brunch with Xylus for his birthday.

Midi to USB.

Not only was it weird that I had just recently talked about getting one but to put it in context, it's for an 80's drum machine. So not something you would normally find from a jewelry maker

Winnebago studio.

Luckily, the people were inside the building so we weren't stuck.

Dog visit.

I was the one that didn't want to get a dog years ago and now I'm looking forward to having him around a few days.

Socks.

I was hoping to pass along some wisdom from times we played out of town. But I couldn't think of anything.

House visit.

It was sweet and kind of heartbreaking at the same time.

Spill.

It was funny. But one of those moments where it wasn't funny to her yet.

DVD.

There were lots of different things that happened today. But I decided on this one.

S02 Episode 10: What mistakes do you wish you would have known when you started?

The shop owners this season should have some wisdom they can pass along to those of us trying to make it in the world creatively. So this week I ask the question: What mistakes do you wish you would have known when you started? So what would it take to follow through and actually do it? To help understand what it's like, listen to what these local creatives say about what they do. Here's a list of the places I talk to in each episode.

Pondering.

I was hoping to have stuff ready for a pop up that didn't work out. But I think I have a better idea of what I can do.

Releases.

It was a release day all around.

Eggs.

I don't know why it was an argument, it just was. It was that kind of day all around.

Revisiting.

Regulars were walking up to her and hugging her while she was trying to organize things.

Dog designs.

It involves two things I like, puns and... ok really it's just the puns.

Bee Gees.

This can go on for days when it happens.

Return.

It was unseasonably warm today. It made the fire seem like an odd thing

S02 Episode 9: How do you make time for your personal life?

If you do create your own things it's really easy to let it take up all of your free time. But you don't want to do it at the expense of enjoying life, family or friends. There has to be a balance, but when you're in charge of yourself how do you manage that? So my question this week is: How do you make time for your personal life? Geek craft.

I think it covers all the bases, something slightly disturbing that he can take with him to places that's based on a horror movie.

Go out.

Have to remember to fight the thought that it's just easier to stay in. Besides if it's no good we'll just leave. It's better than not knowing.

Lessons message.

I have never taught piano in my life. He said someone in a Facebook group told him about me? That made it even more strange.
